[Setalle|Setalle Anan] tells the cook, [Enid], she is going out and to remind [Caira] not to chatter. [Setalle|Setalle Anan] knows of [Merilille|Merilille Ceandevin] and [Teslyn|Teslyn Baradon]. Among other things, [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] is worried what [Egwene|Egwene alVere] will say about the bad bargain they made yesterday with the [Sea Folk].[1] [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] explains she is playing along because this [Circle|Kin] might know where the [Bowl of the Winds] is. They stop by [The Stranded Goose], an inn, to visit. They go east to a two-story house between a weaver and a dyer. The maid[2] curtsies to [Setalle|Setalle Anan] and takes them to [Reanne|Reanne Corly], the Eldest. She is not as strong as [Nicola|Nicola Treehill], but as strong as [Sheriam|Sheriam Bayanar], [Kwamesa] or [Kiruna|Kiruna Nachiman]. She sweats.[3] [Reanne|Reanne Corly] is very nervous about [Setalle|Setalle Anan] being there. [Berowin], a [Wise Woman|Kin] who is not very strong, enters bringing in [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] who looks about [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara]'s age and who has been gone several years. She is much stronger, as strong as [Lelaine|Lelaine Akashi] or [Romanda|Romanda Cassin]. [Setalle|Setalle Anan] says [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] looks just like [Zarya Alkaese].[4] [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] claims [Zarya|Zarya Alkaese] is her great aunt who left home to become [Aes Sedai]. When [Setalle|Setalle Anan] saw [Zarya|Zarya Alkaese] she was younger than [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] is now. [Setalle|Setalle Anan] leaves and [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] says, "That was [Setalle Anan]? How did she-? Light of Heaven! Even after seventy years, the [Tower|White Tower] would-"[5] [Reanne|Reanne Corly] threatens to send [Garenia|Zarya Alkaese] to [Alise|Alise Tenjile] who runs the [farm|Farm]. [Derys|Derys Nermala] can also [channel|True Source] but is working as a maid - penance for wanting to marry [Denal] - and going to the [farm|Farm] with [Keraille|Keraille Surtovni] the day after the [Feast of the Half Moon|Calendar]. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] noticed that very few [Wise Women|Kin] are actually [Ebou Dari|Ebou Dar]. [Berowin] shields [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] and [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] for chattering. She has a huge shield, strong enough to hold a [Forsaken]. [Reanne|Reanne Corly] and the others quiz them to be sure they really were in the [White Tower]. They answer correctly, but [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] is fed up, announces that they are [Aes Sedai] and demands the %%ot *[angreal|Angreal]%% stash. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] and [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] are thrown out.
