A young woman who is also a [Darkfriend|Darkfriends] assassin. Although she masquerades as Lady Shiaine, she is actually a saddler's daughter from a small village near [Whitebridge].

* Mili Skane is born circa 977 NE. ([ACoS,Ch15])
* At age fifteen, Mili Skane goes to the [White Tower], but when she is told she cannot learn to [channel|True Source] she turns [Darkfriend|Darkfriends]. In the next seven years she performs twenty assassinations. ([ACoS,Ch15])
* Mili murders Lord [Willim Avarhin|../characters/uz/willim_avarhin] and his daughter. She then adopts the daughter's identity. ([WH,Ch10])
* Lady Shiaine tries to kill [Rand|Rand alThor] and [Mat|Matrim Cauthon] in a village near [Caemlyn]. ([TEotW,Ch33]) 
* Shiaine is at the racetrack. [Mat|Matrim Cauthon] spots her and follows her to the [Chelsaine Palace|../geography/altara/ebou_dar/chelsaine]. ([ACoS,Ch14])
* Shiaine leads a circle and reports to [Carridin|Jaichim Carridin]. She is frozen while [Sammael|sammael] pays a visit. [Carridin|Jaichim Carridin] orders her to kidnap [Mat|Matrim Cauthon]. ([ACoS,Ch15])
* On [Moridin|moridin]'s orders Shiaine goes to [Caemlyn]. He gives her [Falion|falion] and [Marillin|marillin_gemalphin]. [Daved Hanlon|../characters/d/daved_hanlon] reports to her. She executes [Jaichim Carridin]. ([TPoD,Ch28], [WH,Ch10])
* Shiaine keeps [Falion|falion] as a servant. She orders [Daved Hanlon|../characters/d/daved_hanlon] to get close to [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] as a guard. She sets [Marillin|marillin_gemalphin] a task in the [Royal Palace] that requires someone who can [channel|True Source]. ([WH,Ch10])
* Shiaine meets with representatives of Houses [Sarand|../geography/andor/index.html#h] and [Arawn|../../geography/andor/index.html#h]. The next day she meets another delegate and kills him. She orders [Daved Hanlon|../../characters/d/daved_hanlon] to increase his efforts to fire the grain warehouses and to see that some of the %%ot [sul'dam|Seanchan]%% in the [Royal Palace|../../geography/andor/caemlyn/royal_palace] escape. * [Elayne|Elayne Trakand], [Vandene|vandene], [Careane|careane_fransi] and [Sareitha|sareitha_tomares] capture [Falion|falion], [Marillin|marillin_gemalphin] and Lady Shiaine at the house on Full Moon Street. [Asne|asne_zeramene], [Chesmal|chesmal_emry], [Eldrith|eldrith_jhondar] and [Temaile|temaile] return unexpectedly and [Asne|asne_zeramene] stuns the captors with the [bent black rod|../items/bent_black_rod]. After [Vandene|vandene] kills [Careane|careane_fransi], [Chesmal|chesmal_emry] kills [Vandene|vandene] and [Sareitha|sareitha_tomares]. ([KoD,Ch31])
* They bundle [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] into a wagon and head east to the [Sunrise Gate|../geography/andor/caemlyn/index] and the [Erinin Road] with [Asne|asne_zeramene]'s four [Warders]. When the [Windfinders|Sea Folk] and [Birgitte|Birgitte Trahelion]'s army cut them off, [Asne|asne_zeramene] uses the [fluted black rod|../items/fluted_black_rod] to [balefire|Weaves] them. The [Windfinders|Sea Folk] blast them with lightning. ([KoD,Ch32])
* The lightning strike kills [Asne|asne_zeramene] and stuns the others who are all captured. The Guardswomen load them into the wagon to take them to the [Royal Palace] dungeon. ([KoD,Ch33])
* Lady Shiaine and the [Black Ajah] sisters refuse to talk. ([KoD,Ch35])
* [Elayne|Elayne Trakand] disguises herself as a [Forsaken] and confronts [Chesmal|chesmal_emry] in the dungeons. [Chesmal|chesmal_emry] speaks of an assassination plan and an invasion. [Jaq Lounalt|../characters/j/jaq_lounalt] frees the others and breaks in with [Temaile|temaile] and [Eldrith|eldrith_jhondar]. [Doilin Mellar|Daved Hanlon], Lady Shiaine, [Marillin Gemalphin|../characters/m/marillin_gemalphin] and [Falion Bhoda|../characters/f/falion] are also freed. [Chesmal|chesmal_emry], [Eldrith|eldrith_jhondar], [Temaile|temaile] and [Jaq Lounalt|../characters/j/jaq_lounalt] are killed.
