__[Siuan Sanche]__ POV - [Siuan|Siuan Sanche], [Leane|Leane Sharif], [Min|Min Farshaw] and [Logain|Logain Ablar] ride through the [Shilene Gate|../geography/murandy/lugard/index] into [Lugard]. They have been on the road for weeks since [Kore Springs]. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] has let [Logain|Logain Ablar] take charge. She thinks he has no idea what she has planned for him.[1] [Lugard] is supposedly the capital of [Murandy] and the seat of King [Roedran|Roedran Analoy], but in reality he has little power. They stop at [The Nine Horse Hitch|../geography/murandy/lugard/nine_horse_hitch] and [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] painfully dismounts [Bela]. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] then goes in search of a [Blue Ajah] agent she knows. She passes several other inns, [The Farrier's Hammer|../geography/murandy/lugard/index], [The Dancing Bear|../geography/murandy/lugard/index], [The Silver Pig|../geography/murandy/lugard/index], [The Domani Wench's Kiss|../geography/murandy/lugard/index] and finally finds the one she wants.[2] The innkeeper is [Duranda Tharne|../characters/d/duranda_tharne], the [Blue Ajah] agent. One of her patrons is [Pel|pel]. [Susu|susu] provides entertainment. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] tried to find another agent in [Four Kings|../geography/andor/four_kings/index] but she had vanished.[3] [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] tells [Duranda Tharne|../characters/d/duranda_tharne] that the [White Tower] is split and that [Elaida|Elaida do Avriny aRoihan] is now [Amyrlin|Aes Sedai]. She gives [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] a code name, Sallie Daera, and asks her to tell [Aeldene|aeldene_stonebridge][4] that she is still loyal. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] leaves and she is ecstatic. She knows that the code name really means [Salidar], the birthplace of [Deane Aryman|../characters/hist/deane_aryman] who replaced [Bonwhin|Bonwhin Meraighdin] as [Amyrlin|Aes Sedai] and restored the [White Tower]. She passes some [Whitecloaks|Children of the Light] on her way back to [The Nine Horse Hitch|../geography/murandy/lugard/nine_horse_hitch].

__[Min|Min Farshaw]__ POV - [Min|Min Farshaw] is sitting at a table in [The Nine Horse Hitch|../geography/murandy/lugard/nine_horse_hitch] near [Leane|Leane Sharif] and [Logain|Logain Ablar]. [Min|Min Farshaw] wishes she could handle [Rand|Rand alThor] the way [Leane|Leane Sharif] handles all the men surrounding her. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] returns and tells her they must head south immediately.
