[Min|Min Farshaw] runs through the [Dragonwall Gate|Stone of Tear] on the east side of the [Stone|Stone of Tear] with a bunch of [Aiel]. [Rand|Rand alThor] is there, wearing an old brown cloak over his fine black trousers.[1] The sunlight distorts around him and she has new [viewings]:

* An open cavern, gaping like a mouth.
* Bloodstained rocks.
* Two dead men on the ground, surrounded by ranks and ranks of [Trollocs].
* A pipe with smoke curling from it.[2]

She tells him %%green [Alanna|Alanna Mosvani]%% is gone and he says she is in the [Borderlands], perhaps [Arafel]. He says the [Shadow|Creator] will always know where he is from now on. He turns and tells the [Aiel] he has %%ot [toh|Aiel]%%. [Rhuarc] wonders if [Rand|Rand alThor] is a [meegerling|Aiel Waste], a rodent too stupid to avoid danger. He promises that he will not leave again of his own will and that he will meet his %%ot [toh|Aiel]%%. King [Darlin|Darlin Sisnera] arrives. [Narishma|Jahar Narishma] and [Flinn|Damer Flinn] are also there with %%green [Merise|Merise Haindehl]%% and %%yellow [Corele|Corele Hovian]%%. He asks [Kainea], a [Maiden|Maidens of the Spear], to send for messengers. 

[Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] and %%green [Merise|Merise Haindehl]%% lead the [Aes Sedai] who arrive. He asks them to send for %%green [Cadsuane|Cadsuane Melaidhrin]%%. He sends [Narishma|Jahar Narishma] to [Far Madding] to set up a meeting with the [Borderlanders|Borderlands]. He asks [Darlin|Darlin Sisnera] to assemble the High Lords and Ladies. He tells them he has been to the [White Tower] and [Egwene|Egwene alVere] has succeeded [Elaida a'Roihan|Elaida do Avriny aRoihan] as [Amyrlin|Aes Sedai]. He tells [Darlin|Darlin Sisnera] to assemble his forces. He tells [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] it will not be [Tarwin's Gap|Tarwins Gap] but he promises to get help to [Lan|al'Lan Mandragoran]. [Bashere|Davram Bashere] is with his men running their horses. He will accompany [Rand|Rand alThor] along with [Nynaeve|Nynaeve alMeara] and [Min|Min Farshaw] back to [Arad Doman]. He asks [Min|Min Farshaw] to keep on working on understanding %%ot [Callandor]%%. 

[Cadsuane|Cadsuane Melaidhrin] arrives and he pardons her. She is less than grateful. He tells her that she failed in manipulating him but showed him something important. He thought he was being forged into a sword, but he is not a weapon and never has been.[3] He then asks [Cadsuane|Cadsuane Melaidhrin] if she will try to locate someone, probably somewhere in the [Caralain Grass]. 

Someone informed him that the [White Tower] is holding [Mattin Stepaneos|Mattin Stepaneos den Balgar].[4] The High Lords and Ladies gather and [Rand|Rand alThor] tells them to form a line. He walks the line looking each in the eye. [Weiramon|Weiramon Saniago] and [Anaiyella|Anaiyella Narencelona] cringe away from him. He sends them away to tell their...associates that he is no longer blind.[5] [Rand|Rand alThor] sends [Leeh] and two other [Maidens|Maidens of the Spear] to follow them. [Tam|Tam alThor] arrives and [Rand|Rand alThor] is apprehensive, ashamed of his actions. [Rand|Rand alThor] hugs his father and cries. After a time, he introduces [Tam|Tam alThor] and [Min|Min Farshaw].
