She is twin sister to Charel, a groom in the White Tower stables.

She and her brother are nearly identical. (LoC,Ch8)

Theodrin comes to the White Tower at age fifteen with a block. She cannot channel unless she is near a man she feels strongly about. Sheriam uses Charel and Marel to break Theodrin's block. (LoC,Ch8)
