An Atha'an Miere who is the Cargomaster for the Wavedancer. He is married to Coine.

Physical Description#

He is heavy-shouldered and gray-haired. Four gold rings decorate each ear and three heavy gold chains hang at his neck. He has a long puckered scar down his cheek. He wears glasses. (TSR,Ch19)

Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#

Toram enters Coine's cabin to talk to her but finds her talking to Elayne and Nynaeve. He is angry that Coine has changed their destination to Tanchico. (TSR,Ch19)
At Tanchico, Coine lets Toram do what trading he can before sailing west. (TSR,Ch39)
After trading at Tanchico, the Wavedancer departs for Dantora and Cantorin to spread the word of the Coramoor. (TSR,Ch46)
