Pronunciation: BAYR-lon
Baerlon is a town in far west Andor. To the west are the Mountains of Mist. There are three major roads. One leads south to Taren Ferry and the Taren River. One leads west to the mountains. The third leads east and southeast to Whitebridge. The primary industry of Baerlon is the Baerlon Ironworks where much of the iron ore mined in the Mountains of Mist is smelted.
A log wall, nearly twenty feet tall, surrounds the town, with wooden watchtowers scattered along its length. Farms lie scattered about the town, thickest to the north while only a few break the forest to the south.
