Over a dozen Wise Ones including Amys, Monaelle, Nadere, Shyanda, Tamela and Viendre participate in Elayne's and Aviendha's first-sister ceremony. Monaelle leads the ceremony. (WH,Prologue)
Monaelle tells Aviendha to make sure that Elayne gets lots of fresh air. (WH,Ch26)
Monaelle is Elayne's midwife. She checks Elayne with Caressing the Child while teaching the weave to Sumeko. She tells Elayne that there are two healthy fetuses. She chides Aviendha for missing so many lessons. (CoT,Ch14)
Monaelle is also Melaine's midwife. (KoD,Ch15)

In Winters Heart
1. WH,Prologue - Monaelle is relatively weak in the One Power. She would barely have made it in the White Tower.
2. WH,Ch26 - When Aviendha wakes late she is afraid that Monaelle will have her switched for being lazy.
