Encyclopaedia WoT: Taeric Chavana

An acrobat in Valan Luca's circus. The four Chavanas are supposedly brothers, but they look nothing alike. His "brothers" include Barit Chavana and Brugh Chavana.

Physical Description#

He is short and compact. He has green eyes and the high cheekbones and hooked nose of a Saldaean. (TFoH,Ch17)

Valan Luca introduces Elayne, Nynaeve, Thom and Juilin to his performers including the Chavanas. (TFoH,Ch17)
Nynaeve invites the Chavanas to dinner. When they begin to flirt with her Latelle attacks Nynaeve. Taeric gets a limp trying to break up the fight. (TFoH,Ch24)
The Chavanas do their morning chores at the circus. (TFoH,Ch47)
The Chavanas bid farewell to Nynaeve and Elayne when they leave the circus. (TFoH,Ch48)
Mat passes the Chavanas on his way to Tuon's wagon. (CoT,Ch29)
