Tal Nethin, Aril Corl and Ander Corl survive the Shaido attack on Taien. Six days later they meet Rand and his party and tell them what happened. (TFoH,Ch20)
In Cairhien, Tal Nethin trips on a rock on flat ground and breaks his neck. (TFoH,Ch30)
