King of Amadicia, ruling from the capital Amador. He is a puppet of the Whitecloaks who rule Amadicia in fact if not in name.

He is somewhat handsome with a long nose and big ears. His full, wavy, dark hair is receding. (LoC,Prologue)

King Ailron hosts Morgase as the Seranda Palace in Amador. (LoC,Prologue)
The Seanchan defeat King Ailron and the army of Amadicia at the town of Jeramel, but Eamon Valda and most of Whitecloaks escape and head east. (WH,Ch1)

In The Fires of Heaven
1. TFoH,Ch16 - Thom learns that Ailron, meaning Niall, intends to take the eastern bank of the Eldar River.
2. TFoH,Ch28 - Gareth Bryne hears rumors in Altara that King Ailron plans to take the east bank of the Eldar River for Amadicia (meaning the Whitecloaks).
In Lord of Chaos
1. LoC,Ch1 - Rand and Bashere mention Whitecloaks in Amadicia, which is ruled by Ailron.
2. LoC,Ch29 - Thom and Juilin report that Niall is still consolidating the Whitecloaks in Amador. King Ailron is also calling in his soldiers.
In A Crown of Swords
1. ACoS,Prologue - Eamon Valda wants to put a puppet like Ailron on the throne of Andor.
In Knife of Dreams
1. KoD,Prologue - The Seanchan give Eamon Valda a manor house in the country that belonged to Ailron.
2. KoD,Ch12 - Balwer has not learned who rules Amadicia now that Ailron is dead.
