Encyclopaedia WoT: Blue Ajah

An Ajah of the Aes Sedai. The Blue sisters involve themselves with causes and justice. The Blue Ajah is the second smallest one, but it has the most extensive network of eyes-and-ears. The head of the Blue Ajah is called the First Selector.

There has not been an Amyrlin Seat from the Red Ajah since Bonwhin during Artur Hawkwing's reign. The Red Ajah and Blue Ajah have been antagonistic ever since.
