An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah captured by the Seanchan at Falme. She is called Pura by the Seanchan.
Physical Description#
She is Moiraine's height and slim with a regal bearing. (NS,Ch14) She is short with pale blue eyes. She has dark hair. (WH,Ch28)
Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#
- Serafelle, Ryma and Jennet all three tell Sheriam that the Aiel are in retreat, so Sheriam is certain that it is true. (NS,Ch6)
- Three days after High Chasaline Ryma announces that Tamra died in the night. (NS,Ch14)
- Ryma is captured by the Seanchan, made damane, and renamed Pura. (TGH,Ch42)
- Pura is questioned by High Lady Suroth about how the White Tower is controlling the false Dragon, Rand al'Thor. (TSR,Ch1)
- Pura and Jinjin are damane in attendance to High Lady Suroth when she has an audience with Morgase. (ACoS,Ch26)
- Alwhin holds a da'covale woman leashed as damane in Ebou Dar with High Lady Suroth and Liandrin. Her description matches Ryma's. (TPoD,Ch24)
- High Lady Suroth and Queen Tylin take Pura and another damane with them when they leave to tour Altara. (WH,Ch28)
