She is diminutive with wavy waist-length black hair. She is nearly as brown-skinned as a Domani. She seems shy. (KoD,Ch20) She is small with a dark complexion and black eyes. (KoD,Ch27)

- Elaida sends Toveine and fifty other Aes Sedai to take out the Black Tower. (ACoS,Prologue)
