• Egwene, while doing her novices chores, sees Alanna being intimate with her two Warders, Maksim and Ihvon. Egwene gets embarrassed and quickly leaves, but not before Alanna sees her. (Episode 201)
• Nynaeve is practicing swordwork with Ihvon and Maksim . She expresses doubt about the White Tower. Ihvon and Maksim talk about their experiences when they first got to the Tower and how the only thing that kept them going was remembering what brought them there in the first place. Maksim says that she'll save a lot of time and hurt if she can do the same. (Episode 201)
• Maksim joins in the discussion with Alanna and Ihvon during Sheriam’s visit, where Alanna addresses Liandrin’s plan for Nynaeve’s Accepted test, suggesting the Last Battle nears due to powerful individuals like Elayne, unsettling Sheriam, who notices Alanna’s packed bags (Scene 13 - Episode 202)
