Physical Description#
He is lean and grizzled and has a hoarse voice due to a neck wound. (NS,Ch1) He has the tilted eyes of a Saldaean. His voice is still hoarse. (ToM,Ch7)
Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#
- On the last day of the Aiel War Rakim brings a Tairen messenger to see Lan with news that the Aiel are moving. (NS,Ch1)
- Rakim, Caniedrin, Bukama and Lan scout as the Aiel cross Kinslayer's Dagger heading toward the Spine of the World. (NS,Ch12)
- Andere, Nazar and Rakim join Lan and Bulen on the Plain of Lances. (ToM,Ch7)
- In eastern Kandor another band finds Lan. They are Malkier Weilin Aldragoran, Managan and Gorenellin and Shienarans Qi, Joao, Merekel, Ianor and Kuehn. Lan insists that the masquerade as a merchant caravan. (ToM,Ch23)
- Lan's growing army crosses into Arafel at the Silverwall Keeps where many more join. (ToM,Ch42)
