A powerful ter'angreal. When emplanted in Tel'aran'rhiod, it creates a zone encased in a violet shield. In the dream world it prevents one from entering or leaving the zone by will. In the real world it prevents Traveling and Skimming.

- ToM,Ch28 - Slayer kills several wolves when they are trapped inside the violet dome.
- ToM,Ch30 - The violet dome still covers the Jehannah Road.
